How long does setup take?+
Most boards are up and running in an afternoon. Create your association, import your owner list from a spreadsheet, and upload your governing documents. The platform reads them and builds your compliance picture from there. No setup fees, and no implementation project.
Can we import our existing data?+
Yes. Owner and lot data imports from CSV, so exports from spreadsheets or other tools work. Governing documents (CC&Rs, bylaws, amendments) upload as PDFs or scans, and built-in OCR handles the rest.
Does this cover Washington's new HOA laws?+
That's the core of the product. The requirements that took effect for every Washington association on January 1, 2026 (ESSB 5129 and E2SSB 5686) are built into the workflows: the owner comment period, the fee-free payment option, the new delinquency notice timelines. The full WUCIOA framework arriving January 1, 2028 (ESSB 5796) is what the compliance tooling is designed around. Who pays card processing fees?+
Your association chooses. Card processing fees can be passed through to the owner paying online or absorbed by the association. It's a setting, not a surprise. And owners always keep a fee-free way to pay, which Washington law requires every association to offer (RCW 64.90.480(10), applied to all associations by ESSB 5129).
Can we cancel anytime?+
Yes. Plans are month-to-month, or annual if you want the discount. Cancel from your billing page. No phone call, no cancellation fee.
How many board members can use it?+
Starter includes 3 board seats, Pro includes 5, Premier includes 7, and Complete is unlimited. Homeowners use the resident portal at no per-owner charge on every plan.
What's automated, and what does the board confirm?+
Routine work runs on its own: dues billing, payment recording, deadline reminders, document organization. Anything with legal weight (delinquency notices, violation letters, anything headed to an owner's mailbox) is prepared for you and goes out only after a board member confirms it. You stay in control; you just stop doing the typing.
How does the free trial work?+
Pro comes with a 30-day free trial. Your card is collected at signup but not charged until day 31, and you can cancel anytime before then. Annual billing gives you two months free on every tier.
